Ok before I still waiting dx11 release and finally start single paleyer. I just received samsung led 3d ue40d7000ls, and also I have amd 5970 + both drivers iz3d & DDD(tridef), but in game "3D options" gray, so how I can turn on crysis 3d without 3th party drivers?

They disabled it in patch 1.4. You can revert back to version 1.2 and add this to your system.cfg file : r_stereosupportAMD = 1

I have asked why they disabled AMD 3d abilities. I have gotten NO answer from anyone at Crytek. I feel that they are ignoring this subject. So right now you have two choices: 1 - get a PS3 and Crysis 2 on PS3, 2 - revert your PC Crysis version to 1.2 and add the line in system.cfg file.
