In the modules section at the bottom of the screen in the armor and stealth sections is invisible war and form tetsudd which is fully level armor and stealth........ I'm leveled up in all modules and there's nothing left to do and it's still at 9/11 in both

This happened to me when I made my first run at level 50, after I rebooted the challenge was completed after getting all of the modules, so IDK probably just a glitch.

Do you not have to max them all out to get the bar thingy to 11/11

Some modules or perk have 2 or 3 levels in them.
