Skyrim/TES on Playstation Vito

Post » Thu May 19, 2011 1:50 am

Vito being the recently announced name for the new PSP2 thingummy...

OK, so, if this device is PS3 equivalent/comparative (whatever that means) then surely there is the possibility of a TES we can carry in our pocket n- and by that I mean a proper TES not a TES Adventures or whatever.

Of course, if this woulf require some in depth coding to convert a TES to a handheld then perhaps not, but if porting a PS3 title to the Vito is not to involved then it could possibly happen.

I will always be a PC player, but if I could play Skyrim on the plane when travelling to work that would be a wowser.

Vito? What a silly name.

But sure, why not. Put it on any console that can handle it.

Yea, Vita is what I heard too. It means "Life" in Latin.

I've heard rumours that Sony is scaling back the power of the PSP2/NGP/Vita to match the price of the 3DS so it might not be as powerful as seen before when released.

There's a rumor that they may cut the RAM in half.

Actually, it's not exactly as powerful as the PS3. a few months ago, Sony said that making it as powerful as the PS3 was possible, but the battery would only last 5 minutes.

I thought you were asking us to veto Skyrim being on the PS3...
