Hooray for another quest problem.

So I am doing the Wasteland Survival Guide, and am needing to hit the RobCo facility. I went there to the top of the place, plugged in the item, hacked the thing to make them not aggressive to me, and the quest log updated just fine (unlike the Replicated Man quest in my previous post). The problem with this quest however, is that I went back to Megaton, back into the Crater Supply, and now Moira is asking me how my research on the history of Rivet City is going, when I already completed that quest for her.

It shows IN THE QUEST LOG that the primary and optional objectives of the RobCo quest are completed, and yet she is asking me about Rivet City? What's going on? And now I need to load up a game that is at least an hour previous to me turning this stuff in so that I can MAYBE try to run through that part of it again, and probably hit the RobCo facility just to open the map to it, go back to Megaton to see if she is still talking nonsense, and then travel BACK to RobCo to complete it again and AGAIN travel back to Megaton to see if she will accept the quest being completed.

Unlike for the Replicated Man, which showed on Wikia as having that being a known bug..there is no bug listing for this quest as far as my problem is concerned.
