So it happened this way:
One day I was doing goldbrand quest. I walked to caldera to speak with orc sculptor then exit, and when I wanted enter ghorak manor again I saw this

now I cant enter ghorak manor anyone knows patch to fix this?

I dont know a fix, but cant you levitate to an access on the second floor?

A Repair of your Save file in Wrye Mash will likely correct this. Unless it's a mod conflict. (post your Load Order)


Or use the back-door.

All I can think of is for the moment, if you don't take the suggestions already said, disable all mods you are using.
