I heard gunshots going off sounds like the Engineer went to do it himself. "Damn idiot." I mumbled. I walked around a corner 15 guards came sprinting past me. Almost knocked of my feet. Well it seems it worked after all I approached the security Hq. Peering inside it looked like everyone ran off I went into the security chiefs office.

It was empty I ran over to the desk and turned the terminal on. So far it’s working I continued to go through the computer. I opened the terminals Achieves and downloaded them to my Pip-Boy.

Just in case.

I shut the terminal off and ran out of the room. Now the vault library . I walked in casually seeing people were still reading.

Seems like gun shots are not new to them

I walked up to the Library master terminal. Why would the Overseer want to know any of this?

"Ms. Butterscotch, there are no bugs in your room. I've looked for the past five minutes!" pleaded Ares, yet the old woman kept complaining. Normally the chief wouldn't have to worry about this type of thing, but apparently there was a roach infestation in the lower levels and a large portion of his men had left to deal with the threat. Now he had been urged by the old woman to come to her room, to search for some sort of bug that wasn't even there.

"I'm sorry, but I must leave. It's...important." said Ares, before he left. He could still hear the complaints of the old woman, but he could only ignore them. When he got back to his room he took of his helmet and sat in his chair. It was early in the morning, and yet he had still not eaten. His hands were starting to shake, and his head was starting to spin. To his relief, he saw someone had left some chips on his table. Probably maintenance. Ares couldn't resist the salty goodness as he opened the bag. Although Ares often snacked on the job, he often kept the weight off by working out. It gave him something to do in his free time, and he had grown some pretty large muscles in the process.

He turned on his monitor, and notted that it was opened to the archives. The files were all there, and hadn't been moved.

Probably the "repairman" the overseer sent down. Thought Ares, remembering the excuse he gave to Matt the day before. Ares smirked and opened up his mail. Another boring day.

"Ms. Butterscotch, I've investigated for a week. No one is letting bugs in your room, your husband isn't cheating on you, calling you a "Crazy old bat" isn't a form of police brutality, your daughter is has not been robbing you, the Overseer isn't neglecting you, and the loud noises at night are on the outside of the vault. Now will you please take up drinking?"

Nariko decided that the last line would just give her something more to complain about, so he erased it and typed, "Now will you please stop telling Ares that I'm incompetent?"

"Things in this vault have gotten bor-"
A loud crash and the sound of an explosion shook the vault and threw him from his desk.

All those for nothing some stupid vault message on Ares terminal. Then some Junk Email from Nariko I couldn’t even understand it. Paranoid I was right he’s just paranoid.

I marched into Overseers room. "Nothing it’s all nothing you wasted my time, I thought this was important! You want your files. I deleted them, go get them yourself!"

I took out my whiskey bottle and took a swig to calm myself down.

Ooc: I assume the explosion was caused gunfire igniting the Gas leak, well this will take place a free minutes before hand…

Smits into Overseers room. "Nothing it’s all nothing you wasted my time, I thought this was important! You want your files. I deleted them, go get them yourself!"

“ I’m sorry but Ares lied to me, last night I caught him doing something on library terminal because “his terminal was broken” he’s up to something….”

Smits took out my whiskey bottle and took a swig…

Matt turned on his terimal and acessed the “strange message” that was on his computer

“If you can stop drinking for second I want you to come here and read this” matt said as he stood up

“After you finished read that, go back to main menu and chick the “Access Tunnel” option but remove anything from the desk first…” matt said

Ooc: the message is the enclave one and “Access Tunnel option” opens the overseers secret tunnel

The Vault recently received unexpected radio contact over the governmental Vault-Tec frequency, from an organization calling itself "The Enclave."

Governmental codes are valid according to the Vault's ancient records, and The Enclave put forth an offer of amnesty and unity with the official remnants of the American government, in exchange for access to the Vault and its data stores. We claim that our Vault passwords no longer match their records, preventing them from extending their offer in person.

We wish to send an emergency team to you right away. Overseer Dan Denwich If you are relieved of you duty to the vault. We wish to make a peace full agreement.

I disagree.

I turned on the escape tunnel right away cups and others stuff began falling off the desk. "Well lets go Overseer guide me to your destination." I snapped.

Walking down the stairs and into the Tunnel, matt talked

“okay it started about five years ago, just after the Vault Memorial service, when I accidentally accessed this tunnel, I followed it to the Vault door, I was a bit drunk so I Opened Vault and someone was outside… “

“It was my father, the radiation had done something to him, god know what but he's [censored] ugly and no longer has cancer; I've been talking to him for the last five years...don;t worry he's safe to be around, just not nice to look at..."

I hope he doesn't get too freaked out..

Walking into vault-door room walked up to door vault controls and whilst opening the door said “Anyway last week, I got that message and sent dad to the town of bliss to test the radiation levels “

The door opened and John was waiting there holding the Geiger counter…

“Hello son, I check the radiation levels, it’s zero, and it should be safe for you to come outside!” John said handing matt the Geiger counter, he then turned to smits “ hello my name is john Shepard, you must be smits”

Rage filled through me, five years of doing this and he could wipe out the vault! This is wrong.

Matts father introduced himself

I stared at John for a moment. "Your a bloody zombie! I glared at Matt. Zero radiation huh! Bull his flesh is rotting away there is radiation out there.

This town you call Bliss is not what it used to be before the Great War. Its nothing but monsters and zombies! I looked past John into the cave leasing into the new world. There were skeletons all along the cave everywhere.

I calmed myself. "You are not planning on going out there? If you do there’s a chance you could contaminate the entire vault!” I preached.

"I need to tell people what he is doing". I thought.

Imminently a robotic broadcast sounded off. "Vault Citizens you are to report to the Conference room immediately, this message repeats".

"Vault Citizens you are to report to the Conference room immediately, this message repeats".

Ares picked himself up from his chair, stretched, and holstered his pistol. He was no citizen, but apparently the overseer wanted to have a word with them.

When Ares arrived at the conference room, he walked over to a corner were several gaurds were positioned.

"Whats going on, Chief?" asked one of them.

"No idea, I didn't get an email notification about this. Seems quite unusual for the overseer to do something like this." said Ares. The gaurds mumbled agreements. Soon many of the citizens were piling in, and the room was becoming quite crowded.

OOC: again sorry for the delay, Grandpas can town a weekend earlier and folks already had plans for this weekend, ditched Grandparents on me

“He’s only a “zombie” as some idot army guya crashed into a truck carrying Nulcear Material into the hopstial, he along with several other patients couldn’t move at the Time , so the doctors and nurses stayed and looked after him and others…” Matt repiled…

“Most of staff, billy ,edwards and James died for radiation posioning but me and a few others turned into… “zombies..” John repiled…

Actually we leaving the, me and “zombies” from the hospital are going North to he airport, going to find ourselves a plane and fly to England, might be some “Zombies or monsters” in town but Haven’t seen any… John said

“Good luck Dad” matt whilst as John walked to exit and said, “If things are okay in England we shall send help” before leaving…

“Yes we have our orders and I’m just about sick of being Overseer, I hate the paperwork, I hate the complaints and I hate the [censored] meeting, what’s ever might be better, might be worst but it’s worth taking a look! “Matt angrily replied

“The alcohol turned you into a [censored] moron…you won’t be having anymore in here ” Matt said as he shut the Vault door….

Unlocking the Vault entrance room, Matt walked to the meeting room and then towards the mini stage at the front….


“ Hello everyone, once everyone is here I shall begin, Ares could you turn on the and that message off and the Vault speakers on, I want everyone, even the people in rector room to here this…”
