I'm experiencing two completely unacceptable, game ruining problems. The first is the radio stuttering bug. I am unable to play the radio at all in-game because I hear nothing but a constant stutter from the radio that completely ruins the immersion. From what I've been able to discern, it's because there is some issue reading the .wav files, but am not able to find any fix, official or otherwise that solves this issue. I bought your game on steam and this bug makes the game unplayable. How do I fix this problem?

Second, despite using a 480 NVIDIA card, I see numerous graphics glitches across the landscape. Mountain tops glitching in and out of view, foliage not rendering properly, and problems rendering the areas where the land meets the water.

Suffice it to say, there is no reason why I should not be able to run this game at maximum settings with absolutely no problems. How do I correct these issues?

Three days later and no one has suggestions? Where are the Bethesda employees? Do I really need to call the company?
