H.E.L.L.U.V.A Weapons Balanced

Hello everyone! One of the resources I've enjoyed since returning to Morrowind recently BTB's game improvements. This goes a long way to making the game more challenging. However, another mods I love is Sandman101's Helluva Compilations (weapons/armors/etc). While the two don't necessarily conflict, the new weapons are occassionally overpowered and overpriced. So I set out to change this. With the help of BTB and Alaisiagae, I've gotten Helluva Wicked Weapons more or less balanced.

Alaisiagae was kind enough to share some calculations for balancing the vanilla weapons (and armors). I looked at each of Sandman101's weapons (3 times over) to make sure I had each weapon categorized nicely by weapon type and quality (which took quite some time with over 1500 weapons). I then applied Alaisiagae's formulas to the weapons. Finally, I modified the prices become similar to BTB's pricing scheme.

The archive has 2 esps, use only one. Either will Replace the the HELLUVA complete weapons esp:
Clean Helluva Weapons.esp and Clean Helluva Weapons, ALL.esp. The first modifies the Helluva weapons only, while the second also changes the vanilla weapons.

Keep in mind, that this makes the game tougher, as the weapons are far cheaper (most expensive non-enchanted daedric weapon is only 2500)

I recommend using the ALL.esp, but provided the other in case people don't want the vanilla weapons touched.
Please provide feedback if you can, I'm sure there are things I could optimize.

Here's the temporary download: http://www.2shared.com/file/K-EhjHos/HelluvaWeapons_balanced.html

So far this treats Helluva's enchanted weapons without much difference (meaning their prices are the same as a non-enchanted version). I'll fix that for version 1.1, but I wanted some feedback while I work on that part.
I'll post this on PES after I get some feedback and finish the enchant stuff.

Wonderful! Will you be rebalancing armors as well?
