+1 to OP. I don't understand a lot of things about the way this game is being "accepted". I also don't understand people whining about being mislead, yeah maybe if you did little to no research on the game, but when I'm about to drop 60+ bones, I like to know what I'm paying for. I will admit that for the first 20 to 30 minutes of gameplay I was just one epic fail after the next, but now I have all of the achievements and love pwning these "difficult" AI with a soldier. Basically, you get back what you put into the game. Honestly, if you have played this game for less than 10 hours, and haven't leveled at least two different play styles of characters to level 20, then you really have no valid basis for your opinions. I have 5 level 20s and I love this game more and more. Can't wait for the FREE DLC!

I sped read this thread so I might've missed something, but how can one guy say that this game is flawed and not good coz it was unplayable for the first week on his Xbox and then say CoD is good? .... That is the most hypocritical I've ever seen.....

The recent CoD - Black ops, was unplayable on 3 out of 4 platforms for 3 months, so unplayable on PC and PS3 that you couldn't even play single player without lag/stuttering.. Sure Brink had 20 hours after release before they could play it, but compare it to Black ops and smell the difference...

Now, Black ops is still somewhat unplayalbe on PC, and this is what, close to 6 months after release??
Besides Brink IS a whole new genre of FPS, it's a new game, and people needs to learn it...

my thoughts exactly. i went through a w.t.f. experience when i tried to get to grips with everything in the game for the first time. but when you get to level 20 and know your way round the maps and stuff. its a great game to play and a totally different experience.
