I was done fast ravelling to Daggerfall in the kingdom of Daggerfall, and the game tells me that it's the day of the dead.
I'm like, "okay" and move on. Suddenly a Wraith attacks me.
After the first, came a second.

After I beat both of them at low level (2), I suddenly think that they are higher level monsters.
I was Right.

Daggerfall at night is one of the worst places to be. When Fast-Travelling there, always save before and ensure you arrive at day.

Get to a tavern, or run straight away from the city. Those dudes are dangerous, and many.
