In many of the Fallout games, including the ones made by gamesas, there have been many iconic characters. I purpose an idea for a new one, the Vault Boy!

This character would be a glorified AI that would be your sort of Tutorial/Tips & Hints guide. His purpose would be to ease your way into the world of Fallout Online and would be able to give background information on the Fallout Universe for those who aren't acquainted with the Genre. For those whom are veterans of the subject he would be able to provide potential Patch Notes, a calculator for Theorycrafting, and other useful widgets.

He would be integrated into a Pip-Boy if there is one included in the game and could also possibly provide support for Mods, Addons, and other external programs.

The Vault Boy could also provide comedic commentary about current events your character has experienced. For example, if you murdered a band of raiders he would exclaim "Good job! Now there are fewer mouths to feed in the world!"
