Hello again.
So I was wondering, I know we could enchant stuff in Oblivion using the enchanter's alter but we couldn't enchant our own staff, I am unsure if we could do this in Morrowind or not but there was only one instance in Oblivion where we got to make our own staff and even then it was just a bunch of premade staffs that a guy in the mages guild gives you.
I would love it if we could create our own staffs with whatever effects we want, it would beat having to hope for one with appropriate effects to randomly spawn in loot.

I think you could in OB, but it's kinda hard to find an inenchanted staff. There was one in the testing hall.

Hmm, well I'm a console user so the test hall is out of bounds for me, hopefully since enchanting is a skill once more we will see the inclusion of unenchanted staffs.

all the ones in obliv just looked like little dead trees
