Looks awesome! I thought to myself "Eh... probably another amateur trying to make a video on the Skyrim trailer..." but you actually surprised me for the better!

I'll give it an 8/10! Which is VERY high on my part.

I think you should polish it a bit more on some parts, make it with better timing (like I said, only in some parts) and change things that you thought you couldn't change before. Then I may give it a 9/10 :wink_smile:

The original trailer gave me goosebumps (the Fus Ro' Dah part), this one didn't. Official one is better, this one is not bad.

It's close. The music didn't sound very Skyrim-ish to me, but the video itself was awesome.
Personally I like the announcement trailer more than the gameplay trailer, though.

Of course all of us hardcoe Elder Scrolls fans think the original trailer is better, as do I.

But this one is definitely more epic and appealing to the non-rpg gamer. I got really frustrated when showing my Battlefield playing friend (great game btw) the Skyrim trailer and he kept saying it was boring.

I know what you guys are gonna say, "Omg who cares about the non-rpg gamers they don't appreciate Elder Scrolls, if they are too ignorant to see the epicness of Skyrim the shouldn't play it"
True, but Bethesda deserves to have a larger audience. If people who normally played shooters gave Skyrim a try, they would be hooked in an hour.

I don't see how it appeals to a larger audience its the same visuals in a different order & IMO worse music. If you thought the original was boring I don't see how this trailer would change it.

I got this incredible sense of deja vu, as if I'd seen everything in there before- only with music that was better by several orders of magnitude. :shrug:
