Strongholds and forts for players

Adding to what Buescherman was saying:

- Battlehorn Castle, Priory of the Nine, and the Great House Strongholds were distinctive because I had servants/guards/knights.
- Frostcraig Spire, and many of the homes in Oblivion, felt very empty in contrast. The Spire was badass looking and offered valuable services, but I would've preferred it to be closer to civilization

I think it made and makes a certain sense for a warlock's citadael to be set apart in a remote region. That said, I agree It SHOULD have servants, and in keeping with most conjourer lairs, at least some number of long term Daedric servants. Frostcrag offered means of summoning one such servant in the form of a Frost Atronach, I would hope that future such citadels will be game included, not DLC, and offer means of permanently summoning servants of different Daedric types. Such citadels and forts should be attatched to unique sidequests as an end reward if the entire quest is completed, not unlike Benrius manor, but perhaps without the insult of having to pay a pile of money AND fight for your life. Lol.
