Will there be a "hardcoe" mode in Skryim?

I overheard somewhere that eating isn't a requirement in Skyrim. That's great, because I don't want to have to worry about it. But I think it should still be an option. Especially if you're going to be a casual player, who enjoys the simpler things in life (the virtual life) like farming, cooking and fishing. I usually don't take this approach in games, but it's fun if you're into that slower paced style.

For those who are unaware, "hardcoe" mode is a difficulty setting in Fall Out: New Vegas that requires the player to feed every so often. I haven't played the game myself, so I'm unaware of any other effects of this setting. I'm hoping that this feature will be available in Skyrim either when starting a new game or toggling it on or off in the menus.

I'd like trying out this "hardcoe mode." Definetely worth a shot, in my opinion. Instead of a difficulty slider, there is hardcoe, and Not hardcoe. :D

I really hope there is. You can always roleplay that you need to eat but it's not quite the same as actually having it in the game. Assuming it's optional I don't see anyone being against it and I know several people besides myself enjoyed it in New Vegas. Something similar to NV would be nice and without all that Nuka Cola and Sarsparila around I might have to actually sleep lol

I'd like to add my support for the hardcoe mode in Skyrim. I loved it in FONV and I think it would be a great addition to the ES series.

With the addition of cooking seems logical. What else would you do with it alchemy already turns food stuffs into buffs. Selling food and eating for hardcoe is all I can see it doing. I think it will be in.

When watching the trailer I noticed a man smashing a skeleton warriors face. I was wondering if hardcoe mode would consist of you getting hurt badly. And if they were able to land a blow with a 80lb hammer they would crush your skull. like mortal combat violence lmao
