In the Official Playstaion Mag. It confirmed that there are 13 Birthsigns in Skyrim that will boost your skills or give you special ablilitys. The thing is that you will not get to choose them while making your character but you can pick 1 of the 13 Birthsigns at hidden doomstones located in the land of Skyrim. What do you guys think of this? :celebration:
