Will you be playing in third person?

While I agree with that, Skyrim is being created using Bethesda's own "Creation engine" and not Gamebryo. Thank every deity ever though of.

Don't be fooled by the hype. The Creation Engine is a modified Gamebryo.

I switch around a lot. I like 1st person more, but they are both equally fine in my opinion.

No. I'm sure third-person will look great but I find first-person play more immersive. It makes it feel like I'm actually in the world looking out through the protagonist's eyes.

Generally, I'm 100% first person. However, I can see myself occasionally using 3rd person for horse riding if it is anything like Red Dead.

I'll play first-person a lot, but I'll certainly used third person sometimes for traveling around and sometimes to watch my character fight.

Since it's not Fallout and I'm not firing a .50 AMR or an automatic weapon, I'd be more likely to play in third person.

I use 3rd person exclusively except for fighting as a Mage or using a bow. Unless I feel like using lots of summons, then I keep it in 3rd.

Not the point. The gamebryo engine was not specifically made for Oblivion/FO3/NV. That's why those games were not extremely polished. This may be a modified gamebryo, but it is modified specifically to fit the needs of Skyrim. So it will most definitely live up to the hype.

Maybe a bit outside of combat. But I'd rather not be looking at my characters toned butt the whole time. Unless my character is a woman...

Yes, I will be using the third-person perspective, but only a part of the time. I mostly use first-person in previous games.

Lifts Her Tail will try 3rd person out. He might like it. Who knows.

I only use third person to admire my character. Otherwise I just run around in first person.

I intend to use both first and third person perspectives like in all other Bethesda games I played so far.

+1. Third person is fun when traveling but first person is easier in combat. I think Todd said he does this in an interview too.

One of the major selling points of TES games is the first person perspective in a fantasy game, you don't see that all too often. So I always play in first person.
I like walking around in third person to get a better look at the area though.
