I'm trying to find a travel service mod for Oblivion. I use Real Hunger 1.5.5 and Real Sleep (both non OBSE, although I now have OBSE) and Duke Patrick's latest Hypothermia mod. I don't currently use any sort of mod manager. I installed Cyrodiil Transportation network 1.3 wz and I find it doesn't seem to take into account my characters eating, sleeping needs.

Example: I took the boat from Anvil to Leyawiin and passed out with all stats reduced at the dock, unable to feed or revive my character.

I know I haven't provided complete info yet , but is anyone familiar with this type of potential conflict that can point me in a useful direction? Thanks!
