Since I play on the PS3 now I do get some loading time, when I played on my PC the load screens were nearly instantaneous.

I like to look at the background picture and see if it matches what the loading screen tutorial says. Usually they match, but sometimes they don't.

Try to read the text with an altmers voice, figure out where te place is, and if the text matches the picture.
