there will be no DX10 because its old and DX11 is more efficient. The reason why theyre still making games in DX9 is because consoles are so damn popular for dumb reasons and they get money out of consoles. Either stick to DX10 card and play DX9/10 games or get money to buy a decent Graphic card like 6950/gtx 560 ti
