How is it at all fair that you can just switch teams before you lose or switch teams if your team is svcking.... dumbest idea ever... I don't think this game is going to be playable if they don't fix the imbalanced multiplayer crap.

they wont let you switch if theres uneven teams

That is not true as i have done it or seen it done. Also if the teams are even you can just switch at the end to whatever team is about to win. Who thought of this crap?
