I hope they win the case. After the [censored] Activision has tried to pull recently, I'd love to see them go down under. This is the first step.

Edit: Anything referencing recent dates on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infinity_Ward#2010_employee_firings_and_departures seem to be fake sources, especially the sources for "May 23rd 2011." Well if Wikipedia is wrong then... I'm not interested enough to search anymore.

The fact that the subtitle to this thread is "bout time" is just too perfect.

Well I see two possibilities here. Either the lawsuit is stuck in legal limbo like so many other lawsuits or Activision found a way to handle the situation very quietly. Either way we'll probably never know the outcome.
