Uh, so, my mouse wheel is acting funny, When I use it it makes me jump from the top of the screen to the bottom, which is very irritating, if anyone knows how to fix this please help. (I'm on windows 7,)

Go to your Control Panel, go to mouse and then the 'Wheel' tab. Change your settings. Mine is set to scroll 3 lines at a time, which is default. If it's set as that, but you still have the problem there might be a bigger problem.
