So I have tried to purchase the retaliation map pack for weeks, and tried to go the live chat option with no help.

I can get to the finalizing order screen, but then the screen just loops. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, opening ports. Reinstalling windows 7 x64 no luck.

Live chat offered a scar code but, I can't seem to find the redeem code screen. Tried on firefox, and chrome. Read the steps but there is no box that says redeem coupon.

Need some help here.
