Missing a (probably FCOM) mesh

Hello. This is probably my 6th or so attempt--over the course of several years--at installing the unbelievably convoluted FCOM (because there's always missing meshes, or the game CTDs, or a totally random bug happens). I've done it so often because every time I tell myself that surely I am just stupid--surely someone out there, somewhere in the world, has executed a flawless FCOM installation at some point.

Anyway, my missing mesh is something called "Iron Bardiche" in the game (and I'm sure that there's a whole series of missing meshes, I'm just trying to figure out what mod is calling them). I saw a black robed guy wielding it just outside of Anvil, by the fort.

Any ideas? I don't have a clue. No, there is no Data folder in my Data folder--no random Meshes folder where it shouldn't be, either. I'm extremely careful about my folders and make OMODS for everything. I Archive Invalidate, BOSS, Wrye mod checker. And as far as I know, everything is merged/imported correctly.

While I'm here, does anyone happen to know why TNR (the massive custom face revamp mod) makes some characters' faces get a bluish tint? Is that something wrong with my mods, or just a designer flaw?
