I'm pretty sure Todd has a black eye on his left side. Now being an ex-Texas ranger and a nuclear weapons expert, i can honestly say that is definitely from a punch. The real question is, was it from Pete? I have heard stories of their legendary drunken brawls and they don't sound pretty. I also heard a lot of the combat in Skyrim was captured from them.
