I noticed yesterday that the time it takes you swap mags (with duct taped magazines) changes every OTHER reload. If you watch the completion circle in the center of the screen closely you can plainly see the difference. The time itself varies depending on the weapon, but it is very noticeable with the assault rifles. Just to be clear what I mean:

Fire
Reload
-~half second time-

Fire
Reload
-~1 1/2 seconds time-

This doesn't seem like much but the reason I noticed it was because I was getting outgunned in firefights sometimes with no explanation, when I saw the other guy snapped a clip in twice as fast.

Was this implemented on purpose for some reason? Or is it a glitch that need fixing?
