i feel like a [censored] asking this, but my fallout wont work.
im doing the velvet curtain
it loads the profile fine
im inside the homestead motel
i just need to go to the bunker
but everytime i exit it stops there
it loads but it loads forever!

Do you have any of the DLC on a CD? mine would make a comment that I was missing content, then it would freeze after a few seconds in the game. The solution for this is to reinstal the CD, I think this is to keep people from buying the CD once and then selling it once they had it installed.

What system are you on?

This has happened to me several times on the 360. I have more crashes and freezes in PL. The rest of the game is fine.... Restart your platform and reload the latest save. Clear your cache if you haven't tried that. On the 360, have the console turned off, disc in and start up using the controller. At the time you start the console, hold down LB, RB and X all at the same time, until you see the start option. The game will be a little laggy for several minutes, as it loads back into the cache. I speed things up by slowly scrolling through all my menus.
