anyone else concerned there has been no demo and the game is out soon?

i really wanna see if my gfx card can play this game ok or not.

its also alarming that there is no demo.

use the search function. look at sticky topics. use google this is a frequently asked question and it have been confirmed 1000 times that there will be no demo.

nobody does demoes anymore. they have enough trouble making the proper game work properly, so why make a free version that will have it's own bugs to squash?

your gfx card can play brink. with an ati x1900 (x360) and an nvidia 7800 (ps3) as target hardware you'll be fine if you updated your video card in the last half decade.

We don’t have a demo planned. There’s a huge amount of effort required to put together a demo and making that happen would have meant pushing Brink back. With so much excitement for the game all over the world, we chose to focus on all of our efforts on making the game as fun as possible and getting it wrapped up for release. Brink is nearly out now and we couldn’t be more excited.

i did a search for demo but nothing seemed relevant in the search results (im a web developer by trade so am well aware of google etc

seems odd there is no demo though still. in the UK we dont get the game until friday - i guess the yanks need a few days to figure stuff out before us lot!

i am still a bit unsure about the game and would like to play a demo before the pre-order arrives friday.
