Elder Scrolls : IV

Anyone know if Bethdesta Softworks is planning on developing Elder Scrolls V? Has there been any talk of this? And if so when is this going to happen?
I've played through Oblivion like 6 times already and I still love it but I would like to hear that they are working on something new. Someone,anyone let me know the hopefully good news...
