Probably the exact same stores that any person would think of.... That being, stores that sell video games.

Best Buy and FutureShop are still know to have the occasional copy for PC.
And if you're looking for Xbox, that's really easy... almost any store that has used games will have a copy or two.

AND, in both cases, they can likely order it for you from a different location if they don't have any stock.
