Why are the map-pack broken? Please reply : Crysis

-One map is missing
-Bugs and glitches
-Maps don't exist in the online multiplayer
Is there any chance to get a refound?

Same problem i am having someone has posted pics and the same is happening to mine UK here
When will this be sorted cos i aint paying ￡7.99 again
