As far as I'm aware from my reading, a dungeon's level will be generated from a set level range, say 45-55, and that whatever level is closest to yours will be the one picked, but it will not go above or below the set limits. Is this correct? Also, will there be like an option that will make the world's levels static? Like Dungeon #1 is always Level 15? I'm asking because I actually really dislike enemies that scale to your level. I like walking into areas and feeling superpowered. I even exploited the attributes glitch on Morrowind and got my 300+ hours in without challenge. And, to this day, it has been some of the most fun I've had on any video game.
