Dual wielding and defensive tactics

Blocking is all fine and dandy, whether with a shield a 2 handed weapon or a weapon, but wouldnt u want to be able to dodge attacks? instead of taking the force somewhere else just, try not to get hit at all? or try to move out of the way and take the hit in a less grevious place? like in the shoulder instead of throat? IMO i would like the block button to be moved to a different button, or add a button to a control scheme for players to be able to dodge? like a d-pad button or another button, that could allow you to both block and dodge or just dodge, with 3 controller configurations, regular (the one they have now), optimized dual wield( up - journal/menus interface, left- dodge (timed like block), down - potion/free hotkey, right - free hotkey/toggle view), Optimized SS(sword and shield) block/bash saem as regular attack same as regular, d-pad/buttons hotkey for quickswaps/potions/menu etc
