It's just another short version, albeit different from the one released earlier. The true full version hasn't been released yet (at least not a clean copy of it).

The first part comes form the skyrim announcement trailer music. the second part comes from the hotel painting video. and i know i could have done a better job with the transition, but my version of windows movie maker does not really HAVE a transition option for music.

I think it would be interesting, if as an easter-egg of some sort...when you manage to sneak up on or otherwise remain undetected for long enough near a lone dragon, you can occasionally hear the dragon sing either this song or a variation of it out of boredom. It is in their language after all, and I imagine most of them would know or have heard it due to its significance.

Plus, the sound of it without music and coming out of a dragon's throat while you are sneaking around it would probably be quite startling, and you might think you were detected until you hit yourself upon realizing what it is.
