In Todd's defence robes never did.

I agree with Sheogorath though, greaves are simply a must. I have a frightening thought that they haven't changed anything at all. No over coats or capes to go over armour. Fingers crossed it all there...

Man how bamf would it be to have overcoats and cloaks/coats to go over armor.
