Lore in pocket format

Post » Fri Jun 10, 2011 9:25 pm

I mostly played Morrowind and Oblivion for the gameplay and for following the main storyline and never really wondered about the lore behind most things. Every now and then i did read the books in oblivion, but i did not find it confortable to collect and read those books. Now with Skyrim lurking around the corner, i got interested in the lore.
I found the Imperial library and other sites that focus on the lore (including this forum). Now i have an E-reader with me which i use extensively. I was wondering if there is some easy way to get more of, for example, the ingame books in a PDF format. I could copy and paste it but it is kind of tedious with .txt files.
Does anyone have some suggestions on this matter?

Try this thread first, http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1112211-how-to-become-a-lore-buff/. That should point you to the right direction on where to start. I can't say which books to start off in, but that thread should help. Once you're feeling a little more comfortable, you can ask away any specific stuff you want to learn more about and someone will be more than willing to help.

Yeah i saw the thread, great job there! Was just wondering if there are non-html versions of the books. So i don't have to be at the pc to read it. If not, no problem!
