Been playing Redguard and I love it! The UESP guide says the feather increases you're movement speed but doesn't tell you how to use it, if I try it just says I need something else. Dying to know what the deal is, can't find any other info on feather anywhere.

Also I didn't find out I should have done the catacombs quests until way later and now when I'm trying to handle business I get attacked left and right, guards regenerate to boot and it's so annoying. Was wondering if I could edit one of the files in Redguard folder to set them back to neutral.Thanks for any info!
