Mbility Enhance question

Post » Sat Jun 11, 2011 3:13 am

Does mobility enhance make running use less energy while in stealth? My understanding was that mobility enhance didn't effect your sprinting in armor and stealth mode. Can someone clear this up for me.

Secondary question: will removing attachments from my gun allow me run longer or faster? (sorry if this seems somewhat arbitrary)

Yes, it will use less energy regardless of what mode you are in. Depending on what mode you are in will depend on what amount of additional energy you will use up.

Secondary question: will removing attachments from my gun allow me run longer or faster? (sorry if this seems somewhat arbitrary)[Mobility Enhance I] acts as a kind of discount when it comes to sprinting and using your power-jump. I don't know by how much these days. It's not affected by things like Armour Mode or Stealth mode, it may seem like a lesser amount of energy is being saved if you sprint while in either of those modes because the thing to remember is that it discounts your sprinting, not the other modes. Nanosuit function mixing drains your suit so quickly.

When you put attachments onto your weapon it reduces a stat called 'Mobility', I'm not entirely sure but my understanding is that the lower your mobility, the slower you'll move around generally, giving the impression that heavy weapons are hard to lug around while light weapons can allow you to easily move at maximum speed unhindered.

To answer your question, removing attachments (increasing mobility) will make you move FASTER. I don't think it affects things like how much suit energy you use sprinting.

its just that it seems like it causes you to use a lot more energy...
when you move around with a feline/scar and a mod 60 which feels faster to move around it... if its the smg/ar then lower mobility lets you move a bit faster... lets you turn around faster too?
