I don't think Bethesda is going to sell out like Bioware did for DA 2. Beth actually has respect for their consumers.

I hope so, like an in game Item or a unicorn that you can ride or something

I agree and I would rather have stuff useful in the game then a bunch of garbage that'll collect dust later. Unless it is done very well as a collector's item. Unlike the piece of plastic with the 2 dollar clock they did for FO3, worthless piece of junk called a pip boy...lol

NO.

Does anyone else just absolutely hate the whole Gamestop exclusive in-game bonuses for pre-orders? The entire concept is just disgusting to me. I hate it, and I would be really disappointed if Bethesda did this. Out of game bonus for pre-ordering? Fine. But in-game? That's just screwed up, denying some content to people who don't pre-order. Pathetic.

i'd be different if it was a starter pack like in fall out NV tho right? i mean... noone really missed out because of that

I wouldn't really call pre-order bonuses "selling out" One of the things Bioware gave for DA:2 was "the black imporium" which, I don't know if you've played DA:2, but pretty much the only benefit was changing your appearance. So if your problem is the content that they're giving away, itself than you can pretty much argue that Bethesda sold out when they gave you the option of changing your appearance in FO:3. If your problem is the fact that they're offering pre-order bonuses at all then I have to wonder why you don't just ignore them. It's fairly simple to get said bonuses (just sign up for it) It's also very easy to just ignore that they even exist.

A minor item to aid he character early game wouldn't be so bad, would it?
