Lorkhan, Vivec, Tiber

let me see if i get this right:

Lorkhan was never supposed to succeed. simply could not have because of already being a deity and all, as the Lore explanation goes. and he did not succeed. why? is it because everyone who would be trying for it succeeding would simply devalue the concept? because there is always a need and want of an antagonist who, among other things, is never supposed to win big and or never seems to do anything right, being a bad one in the good versus bad struggle? Lorkhan, even if not being the main bad guy, was destined to fail from the start, having been assigned that role, fate, from the start. yes?

and Vivec, being originally a mortal, was never supposed to fail, so he did not fail. why? because Vivec is basically MK's avatar, so to say, MK's personification, and so he be climbing the latter as he is supposed to(though in less than conventional ways in this case)? so naturally, seems he was never supposed to fail. yes?

this leaves Tiber Septim. what's his story? i am still lost, kind of.

as for other questions:

can anyone or anything really zero-sum as it is called? i mean, zero-sum means he or she or is is dead, non-existent for the world. but by the whim of a writer, even if not official one but say, fan fiction one, come back to being. considering this would still be correct--since everything happens in TES and nothing happens, and all and any account are generally reconcile or justified somehow--naturally a question of can anything or anyone really zero-sum after failing.

which brings me to another question... Lorkahn did not zero-sum so to say. how come? because he was a deity originally?

Lorkhan failed on purpose, so others will know how not to. See http://www.imperial-library.info/content/vehks-teaching and the http://www.imperial-library.info/content/loveletter-fifth-era-true-purpose-tamriel
