Don't know if anyone's already posted this, to many reports of bugs and glitches to read, but whenever I have two or more of the same item of different condition in my inventory and equip one then unequip it, the unequiped item erases the one that was sitting in my inventory never to be seen again. The problem also happens if i pick the 2nd item off the ground while the same item of different condition is in my inventory, or when the second item is taken from a container/corpse/bought from someone. So essentially I can never pick up and have two of the same item in my inventory...EVER....so I can't repair items with other items, I can't pick up weapons or clothing to sell after a battle. This problem has only come up after the installation of the new patch so I'm thinking that's the problem that needs refixing. It just svcks that a game this good has this many bugs.

Just went and cleared out the system cache for my hard drive and the glitch has gone away, so it is definitely a problem with the patch. Hopefully that helps narrow down the problem.
