Ok, well now that I've finally managed to log in since every time I pressed the login button, I got a message telling me I had to log in to soo this page - Key within a locked box much? , I'll ask for help with this graphical head smasher. Every time I play Crysis 2, at some point I inevitably get a freezeup, and the screen turns artefacted and white, or I get a blurry close up of some textures. The framerate drops to <10 and all the text on the screen turns into unreadable blurred blocks, including the menu. After this, if I exit the game and go to the menu screen, it will seem fine, but if I try play again, the colour is fine but my performance is unacceptably low, like trying to play on a 10 year old computer. Closing Crysis 2 does nothing to fix this. I have to do a full restart to make Crysis 2 playable again, and then it is just a matter of minutes until it happens again. It is making me want to punch a hole in my monitor. If I cant get a fix for this I'm going to try get this game refunded, or just smash it. It has been such a goddamn headache with all it's doubled-over menu music and self-reverting unlocks and random KDR and achievement wipes.
I tried downgrading my Forceware drivers to 270.61, which seemed to work, but then I got the glitch again. FML.
