-nerf energy transfer so it only 50% of your victims energy
-nerf stealth enhance lvl 2
-make it so mobility enhance doesnt stack with stealth enhance


that would pretty much wrap up all CC build related problems along with cloak

lrn2read? im not talking about nerfing the suit im talking about BUFFING IT. Suit modules are the ones getting nerfed
