Weird thing happened last night on Parking Deck. Was running towards the stairs and there was a MASSIVE explosion, looked like at least 4 C4 going off. I know Sidepack only gives you a max of 2, so what's going on here? I guess there could be a possibility that randomly other grenades/explosives from other players may have gotten caught in the mix, I don't know though. I'm inclined to think a mod as the guy who triggered it was continuously triggering explosions of at least two other C4 I saw earlier in the game, this was the most blatantly obvious though. Also, he was a 5th reboot 50, with a Module set 12-12-1 (Armor-Power-Stealth) which I guess is potentially possibly, but why?

I think it may be a mod cause I have a friend on my live list who played with someone who had a developers version of crysis 2 and he said he had 99 c4 and 999 ammo for his weapons. As I said this was according to him and as he stated it only worked for ppl in that persons lobby. Idk though it could just be a glitch but just thought id give my thoughts.

I dont know, it still doesn't seem too impossible. I counted 3 explosions (the ones right in front of the stair well, not including the ones happening in the stairwell that seem unrelated.)

Plus, the first 2 seemed to happen in the exact same spot. So maybe someone had 2 down, and the other could have been someone elses? Or, it could have been some weird latency issue where the explosion effect triggered twice?

I'm not saying it can't be a mod, but it was so borderline that it could just have easily been weird cercumstances which were legit. It's obviously less as obvious as someone blatantly spamming C4 somewhere and constantly firing them off.

I don't think its related to that, I didn't have unlimited ammo during this game. I've had that mod happen before, I posted a video about it here:

I'm still not sure if this was just a random coincidence or not, however I don't think it was related to the "Dev Version" or whatnot, as I've had that happen and when that player was the host it gave everyone full loadout, as you describe.
