I know there are many threads with this topic, but I haven't seen many in poll form such as this. In this poll I've listed all of the provinces of Tamriel which have not already been the subject of an Elder Scrolls Game as well as Akavir (since it is often also discussed). However there is also an option for other regions that I may have missed. Vote and discuss!
