So we all saw in the E3 demo that you can dual wield the same spell in both hands, but can you dual wield a different spell in each hand? So if I were to wield a fire spell in my left hand, and a lightning spell in my right, could I combine them together when both triggers are pulled? Will they combine to make a fiery lightning bolt? Such as: :flamethrower: :shocking:
Also, Todd Howard mentioned that there will be the return of the thieves, mages, and fighters guild. But he didn't mention the Dark Brotherhood, so will there be an order dedicated to assassination?

Dark Brotherhood confirmed...via new demo...via note on a just dead orc.
Yes, you can have different spells in each hand. At one point the PC had a Protection spell active in one hand while shooting Lighting at the Draugrs with the other hand.
I wish dual-wielding spells were in. It would be so cool to freeze someone with an ice spell, then melt them with a flame spell. Then when they get really pissed, just electrocute them.

Oh don't worry: you can probably dual wield spells, just no combination.
I posted a link today...can't find it myself right now, you'll have to dig it up. On the private demo i believe an orc was killed and with him he had a note mentioning the Dark Brotherhood.

Yes, I noticed that. But do you know if the two different spells can be combined when both triggers are pulled?
How many times does this have to be mentioned? Todd said just the MAIN factions. There has been a confirmation of the Dark Brotherhood guild before, I think from a magazine.
Right now we know that you can wield a fire spell and and an ice spell at the same time (for instance). You can cast them at the same time, but we don't know if they will actually combine into some special new effect. Would definitely be cool, and Bethesda stated several months ago it was something they wanted to do as well, and that it was something that they were "messing" with.

Someone is going around saying that there is a video of a dead orc somehow confirming the existence of the Dark Brotherhood, is that all lies or ?
I - don't know if anybody else - reported on an article (the link is now broken) on Gametruth regrading that private demo. There they mention an orc who had a note on him. Can't recall the exact details but they took it as confirmation: Dark Brotherhood is in.
Since i seem to recall that orc and his note being mentioned somewhere else, i assume it's in untill proven wrong. As you can all figure It's all a bit too vague for me to start a new thread on this.
I'm sure that you can dual wield spells as you can dual wield a staff and weapon/shield but i doubt you can charge it like you can when you dual wield the same spell...who knows though, they did it in fable 3 and bethesda is way more awesome then lionhead
