so my last save was in the weapons lab and i went ot teh portal thing and summoned a cow then i picked up the destabilizar went into the portal killed the cow came back and the perk pop up that usaully shows up didnt appear so then i ran over to the fireing range war creator switch thing and pressed that a bunch still nothing ... then i reloaded and still didnt unlock so i quit game and loaded my level 30 and killed stuff ...

also this is like the 7th time ive done MZ on the 1 profile thast still on the ship (i always keep failing to get the 1 achievment for finding holotapes)
