Reading from the strategy guide, there are two Science books (Nikola Tesla and You) in REPCONN.

However, it's weird that I can't find one of the books because I have spent hours looking for it o.O I really need it for my build and I can't level up until I have it!!
It's supposed to be inside a locked room, with a collapsed ceiling and filing cabinets, and be on top of a safe on the floor. I even tried searching the guide for all the rooms that have a safe, and NONE are in the floor :/ I wish I could find out where this room is already ...

I found the other one on the computer desk (2nd floor room; NE area of building; on desk next to computer in the far corner of the room; this room has a partially collapsed floor)

I'm beginning to suspect that it's a bug (I'm PC) either in the game missing it or that the strategy mistakenly lists it.

Guys, please quickly chime in on whether you got ONE or TWO books at REPCONN.

Its on top of the safe in the room with the Q-35 Matter Modulator (unique plasma rifle). The room is behind a door that requires 100 lockpicking on the first floor. Luckily you can also get in from the floor above it through a collapsed ceiling

I've gotten the two books on the xbox 360. If i'm not mistaken it's to the right when you enter the building.. exit the room and in that hallway you'll find a terminal and locked door. behind the caved in ceiling you'll find the book.
