Howdy, I got a problem with achieving the FOB from Navarro. I've managed to get people hostile, and the Commander is dead. But I cannot open his locker to get the FOB because my Lockpick svcks ;p Suggestions?

Come back there when your Lockpick is good enough, with lockpicks.

There are Master Lockpicks upstairs. Use them till the lock unlocks. It might take a while.

Set off a explosive or two near the locker. I think its possible to find a explosive or two on Navarro. Just arm it, go away and get your stuff after the explosion. Well, that was what I did.
